This is Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending. Founded in 2019 and based in Miami Florida, they describe themselves as a “farmhouse-inspired brewery and blender”.
Unseen Creatures quickly made their mark and was touted in USA Today as one of the Best New Breweries of 2020. They’ve produced over 200 unique beers in just a few years time.
In their words: “through the use of locally foraged yeast and bacteria (our unseen creatures), fruit, and other local ingredients, we constantly strive to create beers that are inherently Miami – expressing terroir and telling the story of our environment and culture through time and place.”
